Relaxation Station

It was a hit. After those hectic holidays, our sisters came and conquered the techniques of relaxation. Our Relief Society Meeting board really put on a great night full of tips and tricks and mingling and laughter. What more could you ask for. We want to give special thanks to Sister Pope who came out and taught those great massages we could use and share with our families. Such great tips to better our lives...which I know we all could use every now and then...am I right??
